RTL support
Right-to-left language support for Arabic, Hebrew, and more.
Overview
Arabic and Hebrew are right-to-left (RTL) languages. Katura fully supports RTL rendering with automatic layout mirroring.
How RTL works in Katura
When a user selects Arabic or Hebrew as their language:
- The
dir="rtl"attribute is set on the HTML element - Navigation moves to the right side
- Text aligns to the right
- Tables and forms mirror their layout
- Icons that imply direction (arrows, etc.) are flipped
RTL admin
The entire admin interface supports RTL, including:
- Sidebar navigation (right-aligned)
- Data tables and forms
- Dashboard cards and charts
- Email templates in the campaign builder
Tip
If you serve customers in Israel or the Middle East, the RTL-ready storefront gives you a significant advantage over platforms that only support LTR languages.
