Overview

If you need to pause or permanently close your store, here are your options.

Pausing your store

Pausing keeps your data intact but disables the storefront:

  • Customers can't place new orders
  • Your admin remains accessible
  • All data is preserved
  • You can reactivate at any time

Closing permanently

  1. Export your data β€” download all products, customers, orders, and files
  2. Cancel subscriptions β€” cancel via Stripe Billing Portal
  3. Inform customers β€” send a final email about the closure
  4. Contact support β€” request permanent account deletion

Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export all data before requesting deletion. There is a 30-day grace period during which we can restore your account if needed.
