Overview
Manage your Katura account settings, including your profile, subscription plan, and security settings.
Your profile
Update your personal information in Settings → Profile:
- Name and email
- Profile photo — upload via the built-in photo upload tool
- Admin language — choose from 24 available languages
- Notification preferences — control which notifications you receive
Billing and subscription
Your subscription is managed through Stripe Billing. To view invoices, upgrade/downgrade your plan, or update your payment method:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's Billing Portal
- Make your changes and return to Katura
Note
Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle.
Team access
Invite team members from Employees in your admin. Each team member gets their own login and role-based permissions. See Roles & Permissions for details.
