A printable checklist to ensure you're ready to go live.

Overview

Use this checklist to make sure your Katura store is ready for customers. Print it out or work through it in your admin dashboard where it appears as an interactive progress tracker.

Tip

Your admin dashboard shows a launch readiness score and highlights any incomplete items. Aim for 100% before going live.

Store setup

  • ☐ Store name and contact information is correct
  • ☐ Logo and brand colors are uploaded
  • ☐ Theme is selected and customized
  • ☐ Navigation menus are configured
  • ☐ At least 3 products are added with images
  • ☐ Collections are created and organized

Payments & shipping

  • ☐ Stripe is connected and verified
  • ☐ At least one shipping rate is configured
  • ☐ Tax rates are set up for your selling regions
  • ☐ A test order has been placed and fulfilled

Policies & legal

  • ☐ Refund policy is published
  • ☐ Privacy policy is published
  • ☐ Terms of service are published
  • ☐ Shipping policy is published

Domain & SEO

  • ☐ Custom domain is connected (or purchase one)
  • ☐ SSL certificate is active (automatic with Katura)
  • ☐ Meta title and description are set for your homepage
  • ☐ Google Analytics is connected
  • ☐ Sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console

Team

  • ☐ Team members are invited with appropriate roles
  • ☐ Email notifications are configured
  • ☐ Order fulfillment workflow is assigned

Go live!

Once everything checks out, remove password protection from your store and start marketing to your customers. Monitor your dashboard closely for the first few days to catch any issues early.
