Overview

ShipStation connects Katura with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers for shipping label generation and order fulfillment tracking.

What ShipStation provides

• Multi-carrier rates — compare shipping costs across carriers
• Label generation — print shipping labels directly
• Batch processing — generate labels for multiple orders at once
• Tracking sync — tracking numbers automatically sync back to Katura
• Insurance — add shipping insurance for high-value jewelry items

Setting up ShipStation

1. Create a ShipStation account at shipstation.com
2. In Katura, go to Settings → Shipping
3. Enter your ShipStation API key
4. Configure your preferred carriers and default settings
5. Orders will automatically sync to ShipStation when placed
