Wholesale companies

Overview

Manage your wholesale customer accounts. Each account represents a business relationship with a retailer or reseller.

Creating a wholesale account

1. Go to Wholesale → Accounts
2. Click Add Account
3. Enter business details: company name, contact person, email
4. Set terms: discount percentage, credit limit, payment terms
5. Upload resale certificate if required
6. Toggle tax-exempt status if applicable
7. Save the account

Account fields

• Company name and contact information
• Discount percentage — custom discount off retail
• Credit limit — maximum outstanding balance
• Payment terms — Net 30, Net 60, Due on Receipt
• Tax exempt — with certificate tracking
• Status — Active, Pending, Suspended
