Process and fulfill wholesale orders.
Overview
Wholesale orders follow the same workflow as retail orders but with wholesale pricing applied and additional B2B features.
Placing wholesale orders
Wholesale customers can place orders through:
- Storefront — when logged in with a wholesale account, they see wholesale prices
- Admin — staff can create orders on behalf of wholesale accounts
- Email/phone — traditional ordering, entered manually by staff
Payment terms
Unlike retail orders that require immediate payment, wholesale orders can use the account's payment terms (Net 30, Net 60). Track outstanding invoices and aging balances in the wholesale dashboard.
Wholesale metrics
The Wholesale dashboard tracks wholesale revenue, AOV, and compares wholesale vs. retail performance.
