Overview
Set up wholesale pricing tiers that offer different discounts based on order volume or account status.
Per-account discounts
Each wholesale account has its own discount percentage. Configure this when creating or editing an account in Wholesale → Accounts.
Default wholesale pricing
Set system-wide defaults in Wholesale → Settings:
- Default discount — applied to new accounts automatically
- Minimum order amount — minimum for all wholesale orders
- Minimum first order — higher threshold for initial orders
How wholesale pricing applies
When a wholesale customer logs in, they see products at their discounted price. Retail customers see full retail prices. The discount is applied at the account level, so all products receive the same percentage off.
