Bulk import/export products via CSV.
Overview
Import products from CSV files or migrate them from Shopify. Katura handles the field mapping and validation automatically.
Importing from CSV
- Go to Products → Import
- Download the sample CSV template
- Fill in your product data following the template format
- Upload the completed CSV
- Review the field mapping preview
- Click Import
Importing from Shopify
If you're migrating from Shopify, use the dedicated Shopify import tool. See the Shopify migration guide for step-by-step instructions.
The import automatically handles:
- Products with all variants
- Customer data with order history
- Collection structures
- Product images (downloaded and re-hosted on Katura's CDN)
Exporting products
Export your entire product catalog as a CSV from Products → Export. Exports include all product fields, variants, prices, and image URLs.
