Overview
Track your jewelry inventory across your store. Each product variant can track stock levels, and the product list shows inventory status at a glance.
Stock tracking
Every product variant has a quantity field. When a customer places an order, the stock level is automatically decremented. Configure stock tracking per product:
- Track quantity — enable/disable stock tracking for this product
- Current stock — the number of units available
- Continue selling when out of stock — allow overselling for made-to-order items
Multi-storefront inventory
Katura supports multi-storefront inventory management. Products can be assigned to specific storefronts, and the admin lets you filter by storefront to see inventory for each location separately.
Note
For one-of-a-kind jewelry items, set the quantity to 1. When sold, the product will automatically show as "Sold Out" on your storefront.
Bulk operations
Use the Bulk Generate SKUs tool to assign SKU codes to all your products at once. This is especially useful when migrating from another platform or when adding large batches of inventory.
