Gift cards

Overview

Gift cards are a great way to drive revenue, especially during holidays. Katura supports digital gift cards that customers can purchase and redeem on your storefront.

Creating a gift card product

1. Go to Products → Add Product
2. Set the product type to Gift Card
3. Create variants for common denominations ($25, $50, $100, $250, $500)
4. Upload an attractive gift card image
5. Set status to Active and save

How redemption works

When a customer purchases a gift card, they receive a unique code via email. The recipient enters this code at checkout to apply the balance to their order. Partial redemption is supported — unused balance carries forward.
