Overview

The Customers page gives you a comprehensive view of your customer base, including spending history, marketing preferences, and a powerful Pareto (80/20) analysis that shows which customers drive the most revenue.

Customer list

Go to Customers in your admin. The page shows six stat cards at the top:

  • Total Customers β€” all customers in your database
  • From Shopify β€” customers imported from Shopify
  • Registered β€” customers who have created an account with a password
  • Revenue (12 mo) β€” trailing 12-month revenue from settled orders
  • Total Orders β€” lifetime order count
  • 80/20 Analysis β€” what percentage of customers drive 80% of revenue

Pareto Analysis

The 80/20 card automatically calculates your Pareto ratio. If it shows "12% of customers drive 80% of revenue," you know exactly where to focus your VIP outreach.
