Overview
Katura includes a full CRM (Customer Relationship Management) pipeline β similar to tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, but built directly into your jewelry admin. Track deals through customizable stages from initial contact to close.
Pipeline stages
Your sales pipeline is made up of configurable stages. Each stage has:
- Name β e.g., "Initial Contact", "Proposal Sent", "Negotiation"
- Order β position in the pipeline
- Won/Lost flags β mark final stages as won or lost for conversion tracking

Managing deals
Each deal in the pipeline tracks:
- Deal name β e.g., "Engagement Ring - Smith Wedding"
- Value β estimated deal value
- Owner β assigned sales rep
- Contacts β linked customer contacts
- Close date β expected close date
- Source β where the lead came from
- Tasks & Notes β related activities and conversation notes
Engagement ring leads
Katura has a dedicated engagement lead system (at Leads in your sidebar) designed for the engagement ring buying journey:
- Budget range (min/max)
- Diamond shape preference
- Setting style preference
- Timeline (when they need it by)
- WhatsApp preference for communication
Engagement leads follow their own workflow: NEW β CONTACTED β CONSULT_SCHEDULED β DESIGN_PROPOSED β DEPOSIT_PAID β IN_PRODUCTION β COMPLETED β CLOSED_WON/CLOSED_LOST. Each lead can be linked to a CRM contact and deal for full pipeline tracking.
