Manage appointments and design consultations.

Overview

The Appointments section lets you schedule and manage customer consultations β€” from initial design meetings to ring sizing appointments. View everything in a calendar or list format.

Calendar view

The appointments calendar shows a full month view with day-level appointment indicators. Navigate between months and click any day to see its scheduled appointments.

Booking appointments

Click New Appointment to schedule a consultation with the following details:

  • Customer β€” select an existing customer or create a new one
  • Date and time
  • Type β€” design consultation, ring sizing, repair drop-off, etc.
  • Duration β€” expected appointment length
  • Location β€” in-store, virtual meeting, or custom location
  • Meeting link β€” for virtual consultations (Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Occasion β€” engagement, anniversary, birthday, etc.
  • Budget range
  • Assigned team member
  • Notes

Appointment statuses

  • Confirmed β€” appointment is confirmed by the customer
  • Pending β€” awaiting confirmation
  • Cancelled β€” appointment was cancelled
  • Completed β€” appointment has taken place

Note

Customers can also book consultations directly from your storefront. Submissions via the consultation form automatically create appointments in your admin.
