Collecting reviews

Reviews can be collected through:

• Post-purchase emails — automated review request emails sent after delivery
• Product pages — customers can leave reviews directly on product pages
• Admin — staff can add reviews manually (useful for importing from other platforms)

Displaying reviews

Reviews appear on product pages with:

• Star rating (1–5)
• Written review text
• Reviewer name and date
• Average rating summary at the top of reviews section

Review analytics

The Analytics → Reviews report shows review volume, average rating, and response rates across your product catalog.
