Email campaigns
Create and send beautiful email campaigns.
Overview
Create and send professional email campaigns to your customers. Katura includes a visual email builder and integrates with Brevo for enterprise-grade deliverability.
Campaign dashboard
Go to Marketing → Email → Campaigns. The campaign list shows:
- Campaign name and subject line
- Status — Draft, Scheduled, Sent
- Sent count — how many emails were delivered
- Open rate — percentage of recipients who opened
- Click rate — percentage who clicked a link
- Bounce, unsubscribe, and spam rates
Creating a campaign
- Go to Marketing → Email → Campaigns
- Click New Campaign
- Enter the campaign name, subject line, and preview text
- Choose a template or start from scratch
- Design your email using the visual builder
- Select your audience (all subscribers, a segment, or manual selection)
- Preview and send a test email
- Schedule or send immediately

Tip
Send campaigns at optimal times for your audience. Check your open rate analytics to find when your subscribers are most engaged.

Configure automated system emails at Marketing → Email → System:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping notification
- Welcome email for new customers
- Password reset
- Review request
