Configure shipping rates and zones.
Overview
Configure shipping options for your store in Settings → Shipping. Katura integrates with ShipStation for label generation and carrier rate calculation.
Setting up shipping
- Flat rate shipping — set a fixed shipping cost for all orders
- Free shipping threshold — offer free shipping above a minimum order value
- Carrier rates — real-time rates from USPS, UPS, FedEx via ShipStation
ShipStation integration
When connected to ShipStation:
- Orders automatically sync to ShipStation when placed
- Generate and print shipping labels from ShipStation
- Tracking numbers sync back to Katura
- Customers receive shipping notifications automatically
Tip
For jewelry, consider offering insured shipping for high-value items. This can be configured in your ShipStation settings with specific carriers that offer jewelry shipping insurance.
