Shipping labels
Print shipping labels via ShipStation.
Overview
Generate shipping labels directly from Katura via the ShipStation integration. Labels include tracking numbers that automatically sync back to the order.
Generating a label
- Open the order you want to ship
- Click Create Shipping Label
- Select the carrier and service (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Confirm the package weight and dimensions
- Review the shipping cost and purchase the label
- Print the label and apply it to the package
Tracking numbers
Once a label is created, the tracking number is automatically added to the order and sent to the customer via email notification.
Tip
For high-value jewelry, always use insured shipping with signature confirmation. Configure this as a default in your ShipStation settings.
